Last 3 days before order jawwy sim card , but iam not received , also online order tracking not working, wat can I do?

Folks, i contacted by email/facebook/ sim not received, no communication what so ever and this is the treatment I'm getting even before getting the SIM ?

 

I'm also STC employee and your kiosks are completely useless....

2weeks now that I am waiting my Sim card : Order#: 200234137910594

Many calls to customer service, always telling the same thing : you will get it tomorrow !

But in the reality nothing.

Worst phone provider.

Kindly cancel my order and reimburse me.
