In order to make it easier for you, you can directly terminate your number through the app by following the below steps:
- Open the Jawwy app, tap “More”.
- Scroll down to Device, tap your number.
- Select “Terminate Number” from the shown list.
- You will be redirected to the website to complete your request by filling in your National ID/Iqama and the number you want to terminate, and tap “SEND CODE”.
- Enter the code* you received, and a termination confirmation page will open.
- You have the option to fill in an alternate mobile number to receive a confirmation SMS, and tap “CONFIRM TERMINATION”.
- The termination request has been confirmed** and it will be processed immediately.
*If you enter an incorrect/expired code, you can tap “SEND AGAIN” to receive a new code.
**If the termination fails, you can either try again or raise your request to us through the “Please contact customer care” option found at the bottom of the Termination Form.
