sim card not received

I have ordered for SIM on 2 November no. 505329339. SIM sent by smsa. They did not update after 2 November. No one contacted me for delivery. I chatted with jawwy team many times. But there is no use.

unwanted servise

hii have subscribed a service or app named (Al3abi) and its deducting 65 Halalas every day.Can you help me to remove or unsuscribe this service as I don't need it. With Regards

1 month before I can order jawwy sim card he delivered after 10 days then he no activat he is just frud everyday I am send messages but he give 48 hours wait again wait fruad jawwy rubish service
