unable to access 4g network

For last one month i was using jawwy sim in 4g connectivity. Lately i put another sim (stc) for just one day. After that I am not getting 4g connection . All I get is H and sometimes 3g. And the speed is really slow.  Please help me.  [In my phone setting 4g is enabled and I am having another 14 GB balance with 25 days validity remaining] Looking forward to your earliest response. Thanks in advance.
