So story is I made an account in jawwy using my gmail expecting to order it online... Then because the order did not went well I instead go to a outlet in a mall at khurais al othaim... Then I purchased a jawwy sim there(60 sar sim) then once I look at the app(myjawwy) I saw at the my profile section that there is someones email account which is not mine the email consist of my jawwy number...
And whenever i try to browse the shop in the jawwyapp it redirects me to a page in my browser saying
" Congratulations, your Jawwy SIM is now active.
Now log in to build your initial base plan
OR COMPLETE YOUR REGISTRATION USING YOUR EMAIL "
Then when I enter my gmail it says
"Pls enter valid email address"
So now I want to remove my account which is the email address and register it into the page im redirected to...
Pls help me asap... Would appreciate the help
