As soon as un-joining SIMs is concerned, please note that it is possible to move your number to other account or transfer it to a new account only, but you will be losing all the benefits associated to this particular SIM, so pay attention.
You can follow below steps:
1- Login to evo.jawwy.sa.
2- Enter Phone Number, then tap on "LOGIN".
3- An OTP will be triggered to your mobile number, click "CONFIRM".
4- Click on your number above the page, then enter "MANAGE ACCOUNT"
Now you can manage it by two ways as follows:
(Move To Other Account) by following these steps: -
1- Tap "MOVE TO OTHER ACCOUNT"
2- Enter "MOVE" if you are sure to transfer your user to other account.
3- Enter Phone Number of the other account or, then click "CONFIRM".
4- A verification code will be sent to a new account number, enter it and click "CONTINUE".
Done! you are now part of another account, enjoy!
Transfer It To New Account) by following these steps:) -
1- Tap "TRANSFER TO NEW ACCOUNT"
2- Enter "TRANSFER" if you are sure to transfer your user to new account.
Done! Your number now is moved to a new account, enjoy!
