I ordered my SIM on 02.12.2017 and I still haven't received my SIM on 08.12.17. The delivery date was 04.12.2017. How long do I have to wait to get a SIM delivered to my house? 
Please address this, this is not how you treat new customers.

Keeping this up-to-date. It's 11.12.2017 and I still haven't recieved my SIM. Only promises of 'escalating the issue to relevant authority.' Who still haven't contacted me.
