How can I terminate a number through the Jawwy Website?

on the website by following the below steps: 

1- Login to evo.jawwy.sa. 

2- Enter Phone Number, then tap on "LOGIN". 

3- An OTP will be triggered to your mobile number, click "CONFIRM". 

4- Click on your number above the page, then enter "MANAGE ACCOUNT" 

5- Select "TERMINATE SIM" from the shown list. 

6- If you are sure to terminate the number, click on "DELETE" 

7- Enter the code you received. 

The termination request has been confirmed** and it is being processed, once done, you will receive the confirmation SMS. 

*If you enter an incorrect/expired code, you can tap “RESEND CODE” to receive a new code. 

If the termination fails, you can either try again or raise your request to us through the "HELP" option via "ASK US"  .
