by following the below steps:
1- Open Jawwy app, then click on your number above the page.
2- Click to "MANAGE ACCOUNT"
TERMINATE SIM""3- Choose the user if you have more then one, and tap
4- A confirmation message will be triggered if you are sure to terminate SIM tap "DELETE"
5- Enter the code* you received then press "CONFIRM"
The termination request has been confirmed** and it will be processed immediately.
*If you enter an incorrect/expired code, you can tap “RESEND CODE” to receive a new code.
If the termination fails, you can either try again or raise your request to us through the "HELP" option via "ASK US"
