If you don’t have the app, you can still terminate your number directly through your account on the website by following the below steps:
*If you enter an incorrect/expired code, you can tap “SEND AGAIN” to receive a new code.
**If the termination fails, you can either try again or contact us through the “Please contact customer care” option found at the bottom of the Termination Form.
