Jawwy application is not working since more than a week. Displays following error msg: " Invalid OTP Code for Subscriber = d62e3331-4e87-4eb3-ad97-5d3522d99211 Error = OTP verification Failed".
Changed phones, reinstalled app, checked on a friends phone, tried almost every thing. Its not even working for other people i know using jawwy.
Hope to recieve some solution asap

We really apologize for the inconvenience, kindly turn off the Wi-Fi and use Jawwy data then delete the app and download it again and try.
I can see in the system that you have escalated case to the relevant team and we will sort it out ASAP.
