Silently taking-out my Balance

I really wonder why, after the update of my Jawwy-STC apps (version 2.3,45.4MB) i lost my free 3 Gb data which will expires in two weeks time and my remaining balance had a deductions. Whew!!! ? 

if you have activated your Jawwy sim card with your old STC sim car number is it automatically disable or block your old sim card?
