Janet app not open in my mobile

Dear concerned, please be informed that I installed Janet.app but it's not open to see my plan several times I installed and again installed but regret to mentioned that problem is same log in condition. Hence you are kindly request to solve this issue asap.

I have complained about Dammam Jawwy office there are not supporting to the customers as well please look in to this issue and take appropriate action .
