I didn't get 1gb data after two months. also I have 45 gb referral data, it also couldn't update

I have 12 months plan . And i used 1 month . But as 2nd month started my plan didnt get updated . How can i get my data plan

Regarding your query, the policy of the free offers such as friends offer and pioneer offer is to have an active core plan on the date of adding the offer to your account.

And as we can see on the system you have built your core plan on 11/08/16, note that the system tried to add the offer to your account on 12/08/16  for both pioneer and friends offer but you did not have a base plan. 

To get the offers make sure that you renew your core plan immediately once it finishes for the next month.
