I am also facing the same problem since past 3-4 hours, even I recharged again but still the same, I asked Jawwy Support on Messenger but despite giving all details it's still not allowing any outgoing calls and asks me to pay bill for a prepaid number that already has sufficient balance and tried also restarting mobile, resetting to basic settings but still can't make outgoing calls
