My data deducted with social media. My social media apps are free with my pakage.In future if its happens i will switch my number to another network. Please escalate the issue. Thanks

Sim service unavailable after trying to link to iqama

From STC branch, i requested to link my sim with iqama. While they proceeded, the sim service is lost/blocked. I have unlinked the number from my absher as per jawwy customer care requested.

I was recharge my package when the company deduct two time recharge in one package so please try to return back my extra amount other wise I will close my sim next month.

Good morning , 6 days ago i pruchased a combo 99 in that combo they mentioned 35 Gb local data and 1000 minutes and social media unlimited ,but the issue is i am unable to use the 35 GB LOCAL data mean local data is not working.
