I order new Esim didn't recive QR code

I try to contact support chanels no one is replying and i called on number caling number is not in service i am still waiting for QR code

To activate eSIM

One of my number I transfer to jawwy eSIM still I didn’t received any QR code to activate the sim kindly do the needful.

Sawa voucher code fill not acceptable

I buy 115 riyal voucher when i redeemed the voucher it show me fill not acceptable. How can I refund my money. I have applied the same voucher on the same number on online platform of stc it is accepted but my money is not showing.
