New Sim not working

I have done a Package of 115 Sr for 35 gb local data unlimited social data & 1000 local minutes but it isn't working at all. Please suggest me any solutions.

The Jawwy 2.0 is very bad not working well

Good morning , 6 days ago i pruchased a combo 99 in that combo they mentioned 35 Gb local data and 1000 minutes and social media unlimited ,but the issue is i am unable to use the 35 GB LOCAL data mean local data is not working.

Internet not working

I have done a Package of 80.50 Sr for 10 gb or internet & 15 gb of social data.My internet data is over but social data is isn't working at all. its not working.Please suggest me any solutions.

عند الاتصال اسمع عليك دفع الفاتورة لا يمكنك الاتصال علي الرغم من دفع الفاتورة .. الرجاء المساعدة لحل المشكلة .. شكراً

شحنت شريحتي بمبلغ ١٠٠ ريال وجتني رسالة تم شحن حسابك بمبلغ ١٠٠ ريال ورصيدك الجديد هو ١٠٠ ريال بس لما اجي افعل باقه يعطيني ان رصيدي صفر ومن امس وانا ارفع شكاوي ولا احد يرد علينا اسوء خدمة عملاء هي جوي ما يستحون
