Internet issue

I have been facing internet issue since I have bought this sim.I am living in bani malak, jaddeh. The Ms in the game remains 120+ and fluctuates.my roommate have the same sim whenever he shares with me internet it works good. Ms in the game comes 20 to 40.kindly resolve this issue. Thanks
