How to deactivate current package?

I used 150 package for this data is finished. To have more data activated new package 172 sar ...but how to force stop the current 150 riyal package to use new 172 riyal package ?

Resolved! Sim not yet delivered

My order # 200234113987771 still not delivered to me and because of that I am suffering a lot. As per tracking, my sim should have been delivered by 12/07/2018 but today is 15/07/2018 and nobody has contacted me for delivery.
