How to deactivate current package?

I used 150 package for this data is finished. To have more data activated new package 172 sar ...but how to force stop the current 150 riyal package to use new 172 riyal package ?

Esim not activating on new phone

I have tried alot from old QR code, also tried from app and website also but still unable to activate on new phone. It always says QR is not valid now please ask for new one… kindly need help
