Hi,I lost my sim recently on travel, when i tried to reissue lost sim from jawwy platform, it show that the number is not Jawwy. Strange as the sim is jawwy sim and i take packages online from jawwy app. Please guide what to do.

Recently i travel to India i try to log in free airport WIFI with my  jawwy  0.1  number i fail to receive OTP kindly advice

Yesterday I port the sim from Zain network to  jawwy, the order also placed and paid the amount. but before receiving  the QR code the  exiting network was deactivated. so i cannot able to use jawwy app because of OTP
