Hi,I lost my sim recently on travel, when i tried to reissue lost sim from jawwy platform, it show that the number is not Jawwy. Strange as the sim is jawwy sim and i take packages online from jawwy app. Please guide what to do.

Hi,i recently lost my sim card on travel, know when i tried to replace the lost sim from vendor, it shows the status on his system that sim not eligible for reissue. Please guide how i can recover my sim.
