Sim order not delivered

i have been mentioning lots of places but wana complain now that jawwy sim ordering is really poor & disgusting

and totally inverse of the network service

it really really pathetic , i ordered sim on 26 oct and still today i didn't get my sim (order # 200234135168419 )

better either improve the delivery system or shut it down or open more outlets in cities

My order expected date of delivery was 02/11 and today is 03/11.

If any one know customer service toll free number, please advise.
