I got a replacement Jawwy sim for my old number 6 days ago and it is still not activated. I already opened a ticket with Jawwy team 6 days ago and they closed it after 3 days without taking any action and when i report that to them they said they cannot re-open my old ticket and they will open another ticket which will take another 48 hours to fix my issue. Always they are saying that their technical team is working on my issue and they will fix it within 1 hour and issue still persists. So please help me how can i get my old number back or how to escalate this to Jawwy team for immediate support

Dear,
Since last friday, i am reporting this issue to your customer care via facebook chat but till now nothing changed, why don't you provide a new sim instead of this defective one. Whenever i am reporting this issue, your team is asking me to insert sim into other phone or provide screnshot and saying our technical team is working on your issue and they will fix it within 1 hour or they will contact you ASAP. Till now my new sim is not activated and its not even detecting any signals
