I am writing to formally report an incident involving one of your agents, Salem Muhammad Almohammadi (Agent Code: LM8175, Branch Code: LMD16) in Madinah.
I purchased a SIM card online, and the agent was assigned to deliver the SIM and assist with the registration process. I paid the required amount in cash. However, two days later, I received a WhatsApp message from the agent demanding an additional 100 Riyals, accompanied by a tape on the note. Furthermore, the agent has sent me voice notes containing abusive language.
I kindly request that you take immediate action regarding this matter. I have recordings of the interactions, which I can provide upon request. If this issue is not addressed promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter to the authorities.
