Try the following:
- Try switching your phone off, and then remove the battery and SIM for 30 seconds. Put the battery back in and switch your phone back on to refresh your connection to the network.
- Please check your PAYG credit.
- Check your phone settings:
- Call Barring should NOT be active
- Fixed dialing should be deactivated
- Airplane or Flight Mode should be turned off.
- Message Centre number should be correct.
- Message inbox memory should not be full
- Check that you're using the correct country code and phone number format for your recipient number
If the problem persists, please register a complaint with error message you receive.
