- Try switching your phone off, and then remove the battery and SIM for 30 seconds. Put the battery back in and switch your phone back on to refresh your connection to the network.
- Check your phone settings:
- Call Barring should NOT be active
- Airplane or Flight Mode should be turned off.
- Please check caller-dialing procedure.
- Insert your SIM card into another phone and check if you will be able to receive phone call.
- Insert a different Jawwy SIM card to your own phone and check if you get a signal. If the other SIM gets a signal, your SIM card may be defective and may have to be replaced.
If the problem persists, please register a complaint with error message caller receives while dialing your number.
