Sim Number is being used by antoher user error message

Hi Team,

I am trying to register on Jawwy via web, i have crearted the user with email Id ahmad.irfan7922@gmail.com, when i am accessing my account, there is an error messages that, Sim Number is being used by antoher user error message,

My Sim Number is  : 0966530941021

Plese do the neeful to fix this issue,
