SIM TRANSFER FROM STC TO JAWWY

I am an existing STC Customer. i would like to know wether i can transfer my number to Jawwy. If yes, what will happen to the existing balance/credit in my STC sim. Will it be transferred automatically?

Sure, You can easily change your package from STC to Jawwy by following the below steps;

1.    Login to Jawwy website https://sso.jawwy.sa/ssoLogin
2.    Go to Shop https://shop.jawwy.sa/
3.    Choose the SIM that you would like to have (30 SAR SIM or 70 SAR SIM) https://shop.jawwy.sa/sim-pack
4.    Click on “Add To Cart”
5.    Click on the Cart icon on the bottom right hand side.
6.    Click on “Check Out”
7.    You will be directed to the next page to choose if you would like to have a new Jawwy number or to keep your existing number.
8.    Choose “Keep My STC number”
9.    Now you can choose either to “Deliver your order to your place” for free or to “Pick it up yourself”.

10.  Finally you can choose the Payment option and confirm your order.
