Port Number to Jawwy

Hello,
I already request to port my STC number to Jawwy and delivery agent bring the Jawwy SIM and completed fingerprint also. Now it is 1 days left. Still the STC SIM is working and Jawwy not activated. How many time to take to active this normally.
