just follow the this steps : 

 from app : 

1. Insert your SIM into the device and turn on Mobile Data.
2. You will receive a Welcome SMS with a link to your device's store to download the App, click it.
3. After successful installation, open the App and auto-join will take place to the same account used to purchase the SIM.
4. Now you can start using your SIM and enjoy our services.

• If it is the first SIM in your account:

1. Login with the same registration details you used to purchase the SIM to https://www.jawwy.sa/en/personal-area/devices
2. Then fill in Jawwy number you want to activate using 966 then mobile number 5xxx, click “Next”.
3. You will be sent an activation code to this number in a text message.
4. Enter it in the assigned field and the SIM will be activated so you can start using your SIM and enjoy our services.

• If it is another SIM in your account:

1. Login with the same registration details you used to order the SIM to https://www.jawwy.sa/en/personal-area/devices
2. You will find all the active numbers in your account under “My Devices”, click on “Add A New Device” on the right.
3. You will need to fill in Jawwy number you want to activate using 966 then mobile number starting with 5xxx, click “Next”.
4. You will be sent an activation code to this number in a text message.
5. Enter it in the assigned field and the SIM will be activated so you can start using your SIM and enjoy our services.

you can dear join your number under your account by following these steps.

1. Go to https://www.jawwy.sa/en/personal-area/devices Under “My devices”, you can see all the numbers you already have in this account,
2. Click “Add a new device” which is found on the right side.
3. After that, you need to enter the Jawwy number you want to add to the account starting with 966 then mobile number starting with 5xxx, click “Next”.
4. An activation code will be sent to this Jawwy number, enter it in the appropriate field to complete the process.

But first make sure that the number is not joined to any other account.
