Everytime i open the application it says "invalid otp subscriber." i need to know how much my balance & need to recharge my add ons.

Kindly check how to place your order of package changing by visiting the link in the bottom, But, kindly make sure to select (Keep my STC number), and the changing process will take place as soon as possible after the successful fingerprint if your number is Sawa and at the beginning of the second working day if your number is postpaid.
