Hello there!I have some problem in my sim number when I'm calling someone it's not ringing I mean I can't call to anyone phone number and sometimes also calls na not coming to meWhat I should I do ?

Hi,I lost my sim recently on travel, when i tried to reissue lost sim from jawwy platform, it show that the number is not Jawwy. Strange as the sim is jawwy sim and i take packages online from jawwy app. Please guide what to do.
