Can’t Make & Receive any Local call.

Hi,
It’s Ali Raza here. I’m using Jawwy network eSIM from 9 months. It’s first time that I’m unable to activate my internet. I’m not even able to make & receive local calls.
Is there anyone here to help or guide me to go through this issue.

Why do I get calls on my mobile but when I call, the call doesn't go through?
