new sim ordering , Iqama not ready yet

I want to order a new sim but I only have my passport for now waiting for iqama to be finished. can I order now? I already got one from mobily using only my passport and fingerprint.

I was able to get it because I had the iqama nubmer and I was able to use my fingerprint.
