I bought sim card on passport and now my iqama is ready visited stc store to link my iqama to jawwy mobile number. But there they said your number is cancelled and all. But I showed him my number is working and active still he didn’t entertain me there and asked me to check with support team on app.
Request you to please help in this regard.
