I would like to replace my Jawwy physical SIM with an eSIM. I followed your guidelines, but I was unable to complete the replacement process.
When I entered my registered mobile number, I received the message: "Contact number can't be the same as the number being replaced."
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

I have same problem. SO I can conclude, WE CANNOT CHANGE TO ESIM WITH SAME NUMBER. I faced same as you. Contact number can't be the same as the number being replaced.
Jawwy will not respond for our issue. Many similar issues in this forum but Jawwy don't care. They suddenly closed our complaints with "solved" which in fact is not solved. Silly.
