I would like to replace my Jawwy physical SIM with an eSIM. I followed your guidelines, but I was unable to complete the replacement process.
When I entered my registered mobile number, I received the message: "Contact number can't be the same as the number being replaced."
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?
