We really apologize for the inconvenience, I can see in the system that you account balance is 0 and to activit the minumam base plan 0.5GB and 50 min you need to recharge your account with 20 SAR.
To build you base plan with out the app go to my plan > click Build or Manage next to my base plan > choose your plans > next > confirm.
