I subscribed 3 gb data plan. Data expired but 22 days remaining. I have credit balance of 40 sar in my account. Customer
Support cant do anything. Useless waiting akd chatting. Waste of time. Somebody help me to renew my data please

You can renew the base plan at the time of expiration and if you want to use data you can upgrade your plan from 3GB to 6GB for 30 SAR and you will have 3GB remaining in your plan and you can upgrade your minute plan from 50min to 100 min for 10 SAR and you will have 50min remaining in your minute plan

To upgrade your plan open Jawwy app > click my plan (all device) > click manage next to my base plan > finally change your plans.
