I recieved my sim on 12th Jan. Paid 60 SAR.

Tried many times but not able to activate the same, when I dial 123 it says your line is disconnected due to non payment.
when i try through portal after entering phone number and IMEI number of my phone it says OTP is sent to your device but i never get any OTP on my mobile.
When I send email to support team i get response saying try in another device, try with different browser etc. for my first two emails after that i don't get any response to my further emails.
Please help me to activate the sim.

We are sorry for what happened with you.
As I can see on my system, we have sent you an email, saying that you have reached the maximum allowed mobile numbers.
CITC(Communications and Information Technology Commission) has made new regulation, where you can register 2 SIM cards only under an iqama.
