Wrong OTP

Hi there,

I am facing a problem while setting up my account on jawwy website as after providing my details I am being asked enter OTP recieved on my SIM/Device, when I enter OTP it says "In correct Pin" its ben about 10 to 15 times I tried this since yesterday, tried it with different devices also but no success apart from it mobile app does not work whe I try to log in, I can recieve calls use data recieve sms cal  123 etc. except making call, has any one been familiar with such a situatiao did any one manged to solve it?
