Hi

I want to transfer my existing esim from STC to Jawwy, I followed the steps as mentioned, but got stuck up in one location. It is asking for our ID number, date of birth and registered mobile number. Since my registered mobile number is the same number it is not accepting it. How can i transfer? any help.
