Physical sim transfer to eSIM

Dear could you please assist me how I can change physical sim to eSIM

I have bought a package but it was not added in my application

I want to register my number with iqama

Can’t Make & Receive any Local call.

Hi,It’s Ali Raza here. I’m using Jawwy network eSIM from 9 months. It’s first time that I’m unable to activate my internet. I’m not even able to make & receive local calls.Is there anyone here to help or guide me to go through this issue.Thank You.
