Sim order not delivered

Hi,

Its very sad to see such poor service from Jawwy.

I have placed an order on 1st November 2017 #200234100491060.

I haven't received this order nor anyone bother to replay to the multiple tickets raised for one reason, only false commitments made by the person attending the online chat.

May I request the customer support to help my get the SIM or cancel the order and refund the amount paid.
