I was trying to covert my physical sim to esim, even paid 28.3 SAR through website but right after completing the recharge my physical sim is not having any network. I tried inserting in a different phone but no luck. Even after completing the transaction neither I received any instructions nor I received any confirmation. Even i visited STC store as well but they said only customer care can help. Really tired despite paying money.
