Sim not working.. PLEASE HELP

Hi, my sim is not working now... It used to work before but suddenly today it stopped working there are no network signals on my phone. I even tried changing it from slot sim 1 to sim 2 but still its the same... In my phone it shows sim not provisioned... PLEASE HELP.... My number is 0538153521
