Thank you for choosing Jawwy from STC community.
Regarding your post, we've checked the system and we found that you already have two SIMs under your account, one of them is a new Jawwy number, and the other one is Mobily number that you have transferred to Jawwy.
The First one is ready to activate by logging in the app or from the portal.
and the other one, as we can see on the system that you received it on (10/20/2016), note that the transferring take up to 4 working days since you received the SIM and you documented your fingerprint.
