SIM Delivery issue

I have put an order for SIM on dated 02.10.2018 but still did not received SIM yet. Its really very bad delivery service which take so many days.

I had also placed an order (number 200234191453838) dated on Oct 02, 2018, still i did not receive. From past three days whenever i query with customer care on facebook massenger he replied that it will deliver by today. The expected delivery date was Oct 09, 2018 but not yet deliver.

Please expedite the same to deliver ASAP
