SIM Card Malfunction

My Jawwy SIM is disconnected from the main Jawwy number. I can’t find my number under the “Manage SIMs” options, and both my outgoing calls and data are now cut off. What should I do to get my number working again?

i'm facing same issue and seems they migrated one of my old SIMS to Jawwy 2, try to download Jawwy 2 and will find your SIM there.
