عندى نفس المشكلة و ما عارف حتى اتواصل مع خدمة العملاءما فيه رد سواء اتصال او دردشة

i'm facing same issue and seems they migrated one of my old SIMS to Jawwy 2, try to download Jawwy 2 and will find your SIM there.
